First and foremost we thank you for your support and patience as we are a small business on a big mission:

Healthy and delicious snacks for Jiu Jitsu practitioners, everywhere!

We make our premium snax completely by hand and in small batches and then we individually wrap each one for maximum freshness and portability.

We typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so that our customers can have their snax in time for weekend events, whenever possible. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. There is a $9.95 flat shipping rate for orders less than $100. We are currently shipping only within the United States.

How Can I Track My Package?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so look for your tracking number email to arrive on Wednesday.

What are the Shipping Costs?

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders less than $100 qualify for our $9.95 flat shipping rate.

Do you Offer any Options for Local Pickup or Delivery?

If you are in Maryland please contact us about local pickup and delivery options - before you place your order. We will do our best to coordinate with you.

Which Countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship anywhere within the United States.

Should I get the Chocolatey Cacao or the Vanilla Almond?

What an awesome predicament to be in! We recommend the Chocolatey Cacao flavor for true Chocolate Lovers. It is a deep, rich chocolate flavor best appreciated by chocolate aficionados. If you’re looking for a slightly milder experience we highly recommend the smooth Vanilla Almond which features our unique ground Madagascar Vanilla powder - an unmistakably pleasing flavor profile.

Are Subsnax only for Jiu Jitsu people?
